Processed Meat Consumption Linked to Heart Disease and Diabetes
Processed Meats Linked to Chronic Disease
A recent study conducted by Harvard University concluded that by increasing your consumption of processed meats (bacon, sausage, salami, hot dogs and lunch meats) you will have a higher risk of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. They found that every 1.8 ounces of processed meat consumed per day raised the risk of diabetes by 19 percent and the risk of heart disease by 42 percent. This increased risk was not seen in people who ate unprocessed red meat products.1
When making the responsible change to eat more foods by God, start with the meats that you eat. The meats you eat can be a danger to your health for two reasons: toxicity due to the law of bioaccumulation and denaturing of healthy fats. Both of these factors turn a nutritious protein source into a killer meat.
Make sure your meats are grass fed beef, free range poultry or wild caught fish and that no hormones or antibiotics were used during the process. All processed meats should be eliminated from your diet immediately. By making these simple changes to your meat choices your risk for the above-mentioned diseases will be drastically reduced. As always view each meal choice as either a move toward health or an act of slow suicide.
If you’re like most of Americans, you’ve probably already eaten these processed meats without knowing the danger associated with them.
If you were to have a urine test to determine the levels of dangerous toxins in your body, you’d be shocked to find a long list of poisons you’re not supposed to be exposing yourself to if the goal is to stay healthy and alive. Many of the serious, common conditions people suffer from today are from what you’re eating, putting on your body, or exposing yourself to in cleaning supplies and other environmental factors.
What’s worse, the solution to the symptoms that come from these toxins is generally to take – the most toxic substances available: over the counter and prescription drugs. By design, these chemicals are there to induce a change in physiology by their chemical make up, the very definition of a toxin. The end result is that symptoms may or may not change, but you are most certainly more toxic.
It really is time to end the toxic war going on against your body with a detox revolution.
Step 1: Begin to strongly consider what you’re eating, drinking, and exposing yourself to. Do some research on the internet and you’ll find that many, many of the products you use, the ingredients in your foods, and the drugs you take are or have been under scrutiny for containing harmful poisons.
Step 2: Just throw stuff out! You have to know that the toothpaste, the shampoo, the packaged foods, the skin products, the black and blue liquids, and all of those medications can’t be good for you. If it’s not currently keeping you alive, get rid of it.
Step 3: Detox. You need to utilize products that increase your body’s own inherent ability to detoxify itself, absorb toxins, and safely carry them out of your system. ML Detox System can help. It is a one of a kind product and the best on the market, as it is a detox at a cellular level, not just a colon cleanse.
Step 4: Get an adjustment. Many people comment following their initial adjustments that they can even tell their body is detoxing.
Step 5: Sweat. Recommendation is to exercise enough to break a sweat 5-7 days a week. Your skin is your largest organ and detoxifying is part of it’s big job.
