Workout of the Week Ep. 11: Bicycles
Bicycles are another exercise that you can do with your surge training workouts. They work the abs and the hip flexors. To get the most out of this exercise, you need to make sure that you are putting 75% – 85% output within a 40 – 60 second time period.
Watch as Dr. Chris Zaino demonstrates both an easy and hard method to doing this exercise. Remember, if you are a beginning, start with the easier method and work your way up to the more difficult method.
